Rebecca Selinger. Rebecca Selinger is a Vice President and Senior Claims Executive within the Genesis Public Entity claim Division in Stamford, CT. She holds a BS degree in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University, along with the CPCU and ARM designations. She has over 30 years of multi-line claims experience including 25 years with the GenRe group where she has served in multiple capacities for both General Star and Genesis. She currently handles claims for Higher Educational accounts as well as public entity reinsurance pools and not for profit direct insurance claims for home health care providers and Churches across the country.
