Tom Pelster is the Chief Information Officer for PRISM and the Central Chapter President and Legislative Committee Chair for the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC). Tom has worked in the IT field for 25 years in the California public sector, graduating from Sacramento State University with a BS in Business – Management Information Systems (MIS). Tom has a comprehensive knowledge and passion for technology solutions implemented that make sense and add business value.
