Steve's insurance industry experience spans over two decades with several global insurance groups such as Fireman’s Fund (Allianz), Transamerica, Argo Group and Overseas Partners US Re (UPS). He has served in the roles of CEO, CRO, CFO, corporate treasurer, Reinsurance Division executive and board. Steve is a past board chair of the Captive Insurance Companies Association (“CICA”), the global association for captive insurance companies. He is a past president and chairman of the CPCU Society (2011-2012), and a past chairman of the board of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (2011-2013). He is on the Advisory Board of AIRROC where he is leading an initiative around finality transactions for captives. Steve has his MBA in corporate finance, an MS in global supply chain management, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
