Many of us have considered leaving our job and as many risk managers mature (aka age-out), many of our entities are faced with how to best keep their risk management programs running with minimal interruption. This can be no easy task when the current risk manager has been in place for a number of years. This session will provide ways to make the transition as smooth as possible.
