Negotiation is a part of life—both personally and professionally. As with most things, preparation is the key to success. This session will define negotiation and why negotiation usually includes anxiety. The attendees will learn about the different types of negotiation personalities a well as the six steps for preparation. The session includes a short self-evaluation tool to determine what kind of negotiator each attendee is.
