For many public entity insurance carriers, law enforcement liability, specifically law enforcement auto liability, is the number one generator of high-dollar claims. Are police departments doing enough to reduce these events? This session will analyze the common aspects of law enforcement driving polices as well as the latest research on police pursuits.
