Description
What makes a good leader? This session will explore the traits that make an effective leader. There is no one size fits all leadership approach – different situations call for different types of leadership. This session will explore successful leadership styles and pitfalls to avoid with anecdotal examples. Attendees will self-evaluate their own personal leadership strengths and weaknesses and take away some suggestions for motivating, rather than managing, their teams.
